Canon Stepper Training
Ventex’s customer training is cost effective because it focuses on the specific needs of each customer and doesn’t waste time teaching unneeded information. After a question and answer exchange with the customer, we fine-tune our training classes based on their real needs, not some “cookie cutter” training class.
Our training offers both hands on and classroom instruction to optimize the students comprehension. Ventex training can be performed at the customer site or in our facility utilizing our in-house steppers. This approach lets the customer decide which method would be most cost effective for their needs.
Our instructors are experienced field service representatives, who use their troubleshooting skills, experience and standard OEM technical manuals to provide well rounded instruction. Our instructors do not simply read straight from the manual, but rather they adapt the material to the audience.
Ventex instructors are also able to provide technical insight gained from their field service experiences and address specific issues identified by each customer during training. This enables the customer to learn some of the “tricks of the trade,” to more quickly troubleshoot and maintain the stepper. All of this translates into a huge benefit for the customer and trainee.
