Stepper Installation, Demonstration and Warranty
Every refurbished stepper we sell is fully assembled and tested in our lab to OEM specifications, including exposing wafers. We offer customers a demonstration of the purchased equipment before shipping it to your facility. To further increase confidence in the quality of each system, Ventex offers extended warranties and on-site service agreements.
Refurbish, Reconfigure and Leases
We fully refurbish our “for sale” steppers and also provide refurbishing services for a customers existing stepper or recently purchased used machine. We inspect, align, repair or replace each critical assembly to ensure it meets or exceeds the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specification.
Ventex can reconfigure a stepper to meet a specific need such as the wafer size, reticle size, in-Line or stand alone wafer processing and auto-feeder type among others. Working with our partners we also offer rental or lease programs. Flexibility is the key to our success.
